Imagine saying “I do” at the Memphis Zoo. It may be a little untraditional and a little on the wild side, but definitely unique. Providing a unique catering menu for a wedding to rival the unique venue is the creative culinary work of Lancer Executive Chef Penny McCraw.

Chef Penny likes to go above and beyond the standard catering menu to give a bride and groom an experience that matches their tastes and provides an unexpected flavor that reflects their style.  Her favorite recipes are her own creations, including her Southern Corn Bread Salad, that showcases her southern upbringing and include her favorite food and flavor, bacon.
