The Science Museum of Minnesota and Lancer Catering recently played host to the launch event for the new Real Pirates exhibit. There was a wide assortment of delicious appetizers on offer, including a chest carved from ice, containing delicious shrimp!
Recipe of the Month
The recipe of the month is a sophisticated, sumptuous and elegant Southern corn bread salad with grilled jumbo shrimp, Applewood bacon and a chive vinaigrette. It's an intricate dish for the home cook, but will wow your guests and have them talking about it for months!

Making a Difference
Lancer is working hard to reduce our impact on the environment.
We use compostable products, such as waxed paper wraps, napkins and paper food trays.
Whenever feasible, Lancer will source paper, plastic, single-use and office supply products made from post-consumer recycled materials.
