The Science Museum of Minnesota and Lancer Catering recently played host to the launch event for the new Real Pirates exhibit. There was a wide assortment of delicious appetizers on offer, including a chest carved from ice, containing delicious shrimp!
This month's recipe is the aptly named Chicken Minnesota. Rosemary, Amablue cheese and Honeycrisp apples accompany this delicious chicken breast creation to complete a wholly-Minnesotan culinary adventure.
This Saturday, April 28th, marks the 2012 Minnesota Zoo Beastly Ball! The 24th annual fund-raising gala features exquisite Brazilian music and samba dancers, exceptional auction items, and an extraordinary global market. And it’s all to benefit the Minnesota Zoo!
Pete Virnig is the Area Manager of Lancer’s on-site cafeteria, catering and vending services at our college accounts. Prior to that promotion, Pete was General Manager at the Science Museum of MN. He has worked in the restaurant & food service business for 20 years, and has been with Lancer since 2006.
Lancer is working hard to reduce our impact on the environment.
We use compostable products, such as waxed paper wraps, napkins and paper food trays.
Whenever feasible, Lancer will source paper, plastic, single-use and office supply products made from post-consumer recycled materials.
