Frankie Berberena has been with Lancer Catering since 2008 where he started as executive chef at Science Museum of Minnesota and was later promoted to corporate regional chef. Chef Frankie is responsible for an array of catered culinary events as well as overseeing the on-site restaurants and retail menu outlets.
Lancer is working hard to reduce our impact on the environment.
We use compostable products, such as waxed paper wraps, napkins and paper food trays.
Whenever feasible, Lancer will source paper, plastic, single-use and office supply products made from post-consumer recycled materials.
